LTIMindtree is looking for a skilled and hands-on GA4 / GTM Web Analytics Specialist to take ownership of its digital analytics ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data, ensuring accurate tracking, and transforming raw analytics into meaningful business insights.
In this role, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager setups across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, build reliable dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about web analytics, this role offers strong visibility and impact.
What you’ll work on:
- Implementing, auditing, and optimizing GA4 tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Configuring custom events, user properties, e-commerce tracking, and conversion goals
- Collaborating with development teams to define dataLayer structures and tagging requirements
- Building and enhancing dashboards using Looker Studio (Data Studio) and GA4 Explorations
- Validating tracking implementations and resolving data discrepancies
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and governance across analytics platforms
- Creating and maintaining clear documentation for analytics architecture, KPIs, and tracking specs
- Supporting stakeholders with reliable insights and reporting
Key Technical Skills:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, Web Analytics, JavaScript, HTML, Data Layer Implementation, Event Tracking
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Proven expertise in web analytics implementation, auditing, and optimization
- Experience building custom dashboards and reports in Looker Studio
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and debugging tools
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data quality and accuracy
- Ability to clearly document processes and explain analytics concepts to stakeholders
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience with advanced conversion tracking
- Familiarity with consent management platforms and privacy-compliant tracking
- Exposure to additional analytics or marketing platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta
